Having hired an airship to bring us to the gap, sadly, hours before my brother did the exact same thing. We found the area to be plagued by storms and we could not get very close to the centre of the gap. Shortly upon landing, we found ourselves beset by Remorhaz, centipede like huge creatures, likely defending their home, exactly why the Clan has had such trouble expanding into the area. They proved to be very difficult to defeat, but with careful planning, we were able to successfully eliminate the threat. Further travels north we encountered 5 giants, possible frost giants, while they were attempting to loot a crashed and frozen airship. We provided some offerings and managed to move past them without incident.
The final confrontation with Zirit was a difficult battle. We defeated her children, however, she proved to be an incredible challenge...and to this very moment, remains undefeated...
