Impossible to load game/campaign

Hie, yeterday everything worked fine but tonight i cannot load any game, its stuck on the loading screen. I'm on Chrome, i just cleared my cache, and most of my extensions are disabled. My windows has been updated around yeterday or last night i think. Maybe its linked, i saw that othe rpeople had the same issues some month ago and they all had made a windows uptade. Thank you in advance.
Just for information i'm french and i live in paris, if it can help.
Our whole group can't get it working. Takes a minute form movie a token to anyone else seeing it.

I have the same problem. Only on Chrome (launching in Firefox works) and also living in France near Paris. The problem appeared one week ago, and is still active so far. My game doesn't use lightning at all, and i can join as a player, but i don't see how i can continue DMing this campaign on Chrome for now. Interestingly, the problem doesn't appear on older, other games i&nbsp; created in 2020 or before.
I am having this same problem as well. I am having same issue as we had before to where it seems to only affect my game other games are fine.
Hopefully they help you! I've missed 3 sessions since I've asked for help in the forums, so my only choice is to get a reimbursement of the remaining months... My last straw with roll20.
it's very strange indeed we get no answer to our problems. Roll20's team seems to not care, or not have time to fix bugs or even checking these forums and trying to answer. I'm starting to lose faith as well. There are too many bugs now, too frequently, and very little help from the devs, if any.

I believe the issues you had been experiencing were resolved, but if not or if they've resurfaced please let us know your Internet Provider, send your console log into the Help Center , and links to any specific games that are having problems? I'm going to be closing this thread. We'll be updating this thread as we work on the issue.
