Customize 5e Shaped Sheet

I know 5e Shaped sSeet hasn't been updated for a while now.  But since we have been using it for the past few years (and of course we love it) we didn't jump to another sheet. We want to add some custom attributes to the sheet.  We got the necessarily files here  and made the changes, and test it in the custom sheet sandbox.  However, we cannot make the 5e Shaped Companion Script working.. We also tested it in a newly created campaign and got the same error.  The only way to make the script work is select 5e Shaped as sheet temple (instead of custom).  But that way we won't be able to apply our custom changes. Appreciate if anyone has insight of how we can get this work!

Guess the solution is to create a customized version of the Shaped API that works with your sheet, and when it works, you could update the API to have option to support customized Shaped 5E sheets.

does anyone know the attributes for the spell slots for each level on the Shaped Sheet. I looked at the wiki and tried that with the new Script Cards but i cannot retrieve the values. I created my own custom attribute and I can retrieve that however I'd like to use what's on the sheet. Thx.
