Journal images/details not showing

when i go into my journal and click on the picture of the thing im attempting to look at, the journal itself wont load. in other games its working just fine, but for some reason not working on my game.  the preview images and names are showing just fine. but when i click on them its just a blank white page. 

You're having better luck than I am. I went on a friend's game as a player and the sheets aren't loading there either. 

I'm having the same issue in all my games.

useing none. all of my sheets are kept on google sheets and are all homebrew. so i kept the sheets in roll20 as none
