Drag and drop handout to pages

I use pages not only for battle map, but as well to organise images for my players, such as locations, NPC, stuff they encounter. I drag and drop NPC character-sheet to show the faces of the guy, and I'd love to drag and drop handouts as well... instead of keeping "handouts" AND "art library contents" sorted, waiting for the right time to "Show Handout to players" + "Drag'n Drop Art Library to current page"

In addition, I would like to be able to drag&drop a PNJ picture (the one in Bio & Info, not the token). For the same purpose : illustrate the story telling without keeping two separate pictures : one in the art library, and the other one in the Journal/Character sheets. I am sure I am not the only one who is using roll20 not only in "Battle map mode", but also in "Look at the ambiance mode".
I really like this idea. If the user could place the handout's image onto the table top as a Token Image (similar to character sheets), we could take better advantage of the art in purchased modules (without re-uploading them to our library), and GMs could organize TT art for their games under Journals with notes and references. Are there no earlier suggestions for this (there have to be, right?) Really wish handouts had a few more bells and whistles, like character sheets do, so we could use them in a wider variety of ways on the Table Top. Could be very powerful, since the vast majority of in-game content is tied to Handouts, not Character Sheets.
