Have an idea about a world I have created already that is set in a period of demon rule. Need about 5 players with or without experience and a drive to want to have fun. Using a homebrew mix in combat and rules from AD&D 2nd Edition, this is set as a one-shot adventure, but if it continues into a dark campaign that will be sick as well. Set in a dark world where the rise of the archdemons have risen and the day when shadows grew there came death. Many were slaughtered and many fled, small villages are the first to go and cities are set to flames after. The women and children are taken and the men are slaughtered, and most are turned into slaves to fight against their own. Heroes are not a thing in this world, only the strong and witfully of mind survive. A small village in the Western Mountains near Thunder Peak, has a single tower to defend against any coming horde and have a small militia. The town itself is barely recovering from a recent night pillage from crazed thieves and warriors. I will allow some character races to come into play that are not from the PHB 2nd edition rulebook (Half-Orc, for example) if you are knowledgeable and want to do your character creation. The level starting is going to be level 1 and by the end of the scenario you should be at level 3.
