Players with edit access do not have the token selection box

So in my games, none of my players have the select token box underneath the avatar section when they go to edit. When I log in as a player, I do not have visibility of it either, only as a DM.  Nothing changed in my game as the players have made previous characters and selected their tokens before. All the characters do have edit permissions and can select tokens on the map, however.  I've tried Chrome and edge, have not tried FF yet.   Any ideas?

That is normal behavior.  If a player ever has access to that, it is due to a 3rd party browser extension or something.  Roll20 leaves that to the DM.  Players can edit the avatar portrait and content of the Bio & Info tab, but they can't set up their own tokens.
