I am trying to use The Invisible Token - The Notes Token trick by keithcurtis, but the Token Actions won't display when I'm using a transparent-png normally or even as setting it as default token. Anyone else encountered this issue? or can help?

Do you have the notes token set to represent the character with the Token Actions?  If you do, try reloading the browser and see if it works?
