Ammo tracking (5e OGL) not working for my players, but working for me.

I've set up ammo tracking in my game and it's not working in a very strange way... it works fine for me when I poke around in my players' character sheets and press the attacks that use ammo both as the DM and when I re-join as a player, but it is not tracking when my players do it themselves.  Pretty odd. Any ideas what could be causing this issue? 
How are you tracking ammo? (Which script or extension are you using?) Are you using a command or macro to attack, or clicking on the attack from the character sheet, or something else? Are your players doing the same thing? Do you have any extensions running on your browser? Do your players have any extensions running on their browsers? If you have any screenshots of the difference between what happens when you attack versus your players that will likely be helpful as well.

And we all just click on the attack from the character sheet. Here are screencaps of the difference between when I do it, even as a player, and my players:

I haven't used this script before, so I just tested it out.  I wasn't getting anything either until I followed all the steps for the ammunition tracking , specifically the part about adding the exact name of the ammunition to the weapon attack.  So I'd suggest perhaps going through and deleting those weapons and readding them and then adding the ammunition again to see if that triggers the script to accept the rolls from your players. (Or try just adjusting the ammunition field before deleting the entire weapon to see if that fixes it). I happened to test on a bard so I was also able to get it to work with Vicious Mockery by adding "Bardic Inspiration" to the ammunition field of the Vicious Mockery attack, in addition to a shortbow with arrows and a crossbow with crossbow bolts. The only thing I couldn't get to work was the automatic clearing of death saves after HP recovery (manually adjusting the HP value on the bar or on the character sheet itself or using the !longrest command).
