when i right click on a picture and get the drop down menu and select copy to folder it won't find the folder in my journal. I have double and triple checked the spelling. Any help would be great

Do you mean the art library?  I'm pretty certain that is only for folders in the art library.  The only images in the journal will be assigned as images on handouts or as character sheet/journal avatars.
