Jukebox Playlists gone

I logged into one of my games yesterday to load some things for my session tonight and noticed on the jukebox tab that my playlists were all gone. Every track I have loaded is showing, in an alphabetical list, but all of my separated playlists are gone. I had an entire archive setup by map locations in the game, which tracks went to which area, and now nothing. Anyone else experience this issue?

The only time I've seen this is when I've uploaded an "add-on" to a game which included sound effects. It happened both times I did this. The most recent was "Hostile Organism" - I don't recall what the other was, but it was some sort of map of a temple which also included ambient sounds with the add-on. Somehow by doing that, it obliterated my play list folders but left all the songs and sounds so I had to spend forever fixing it again.   Not sure if that helps, but that's my experience so far.
