API Sandbox not available?

Getting this repeatedly. No existing sandbox found.  Preparing sandbox to start on game activity. Restarting sandbox by user request... No existing sandbox found.  Preparing sandbox to start on game activity. Anyone have a link to a status or message from Roll20 about updates? - E

Do you have an active game session open when this is happening? If so, try refreshing your game session and your api page and trying again.

I experienced this exact issue. Nothing seemed to fix it, so I copied the game. In the new copied game, the sandbox started to behave.

Same thing just started happening to me --&nbsp; For reference, the error message generated was: &nbsp; Error downloading scripts (probably no scripts exist for campaign.) Things worked fine before today...I tried the following multiple times: disabling various scripts, "Restarting API Sandbox, and "Save Scripts", etc...Nothing works. Thought it was the normal issue of having to restart the sandbox because I've added an API, but checked other games and getting the same&nbsp; Error downloading scripts (probably no scripts exist for campaign.)

I closed browsers and reopened everything and that fixed it for me. Probably would have tried that earlier but I assumed it was part of the same issues from last night. - E

I'm getting the same error on two different games. Which were working as of yesterday.

Well whatever was used to fix others please let me know as i now have exactly the same issue. No Existing Sandbox I have tried relogging into Roll20 totally and nothing different.

I am having the same issue the API sandbox is not working and all my marcos have completely disappeared - anyone know what's going on?&nbsp;

That was suggested to you before, but I don't think you have ever confirmed that you are also in the game aside from looking at the API scripts page. Have one tab (or browser window) open for the API page, and one page open to your game. Make sure you're in the same game for both (we've seen it where people think they're in the sandbox for the game they launch, and they wonder why the sandbox won't start; eventually, they figure out they're watching the sandbox for the wrong game). Once you connect to the game (the tabletop/map, etc.), then you should see the sandbox start up, but if you don't you can restart the sandbox manually and/or refresh the script page. *Other than Roll20 outtages, this should solve 90-95% of sandbox issues* Good luck!

I have the same issue I've confirmed that does not resolve it. Ive joined as a DM and as a Player and I still get the error&nbsp; No existing sandbox found.&nbsp; Preparing sandbox to start on game activity&nbsp; I've confirmed that refreshing the page does not resolve it either.&nbsp;

The only thing I have not done is reset the sandbox when one of my players is in the game, but that shouldn't matter if I'min the game.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Apparently sandbox comes and goes.&nbsp; Came back for a little while when I had one of my players log in.&nbsp; When down when he left, and I was in the game as a GM and as a player twice in a incognito tab.&nbsp; Did all the troubleshooting asked from me. At this point with multiple folks reporting this behavior, I'd suggest those affected make help desk requests to ensure the devs have visibility on this issue.&nbsp;
