The SRD Rod of the Pact Keeper, when dropped from the SRD onto a character, adds to the character's own saving rolls, rather than the Spell Save DC of the character. I can't find a way to change the item myself
The modifier as coded by the sheet is not correct; there is nothing you can do to modify the item. This is being investigated, I believe. In the meantime, you can manually enter a value on the settings tab of your sheet.
