Combining Frames and Pictures

Hello everyone. I purchased a framepack for tokens and was excited to make some cool tokens with the frames. But the frames themselves were in my library as purchased, but I have no way to combine the frame with a Picture to make it a token I don´t have the frames on my pc itself and I cant upload them into a token creator program. Is there a way to combine the frames you buy and have in your library with pictures like in a token tool program? If I bought them without being able to use them it is a waste.. Thanks to everyone

Which pack is it?  If you go back to the Marketplace page for that pack, is there a download button?  The couple that I have looked at were all downloadable so that you could use them in another application.

Yeah, thank you. It has I´ve downloaded them but I don´t have photoshop only paint and you cant upload 2 pictures there so idk how to do this honestly.

GIMP is free, so you could always install that.  I think you can add custom borders to TokenTool also, but I haven't messed with that feature to know how easy it is.

Yeah, I also use GIMP to make tokens. It's kind of annoying at first but there are youtube tutorials on how to make selections and stack layers etc.
