Dynamic Lighting issue

I have an area on a map where it is completely black for my players and even moving the character token inside the area does not revel the area. I deleted all the dynamic lighting lines on the map and it still remains. How can I fix this so it works as intended? I used the sniping tool to highlight where the blackspot is on the top photo. As you can see on the bottom there is nothing on the dynamic lighting layer there.

1. Are your players reporting this or are you testing with Ctrl-L? There is a current bug that will leave black areas on the VTT that only GMs are affected by. If using Ctrl-L, try a  Dummy Account  instead. 2. Do you have Fog of War active (located on first tab, since it is independent of either lighting system). This can be cleared with the reveal tool, or using the menus under that tool to select Permanent Darkness, reset the map, and then manually clear if needed. If neither of those does any good, make your report to  UDL 1.0 Updates, Bugs, & Feedback , where it will be seen by the devs. You can also check against the first post where known bugs are listed.
Resetting the fog worked, thank you!

Excellent!
I had the same issue, and sometimes resetting works, some times reloading the map does the trick. But I have to say 8 of 10 times I have some issue with Dynamic Lighting. Players see nothing or players see but I don't, or they are able to cross walls...and once, line of sight even ignored the walls and showed players what was inside of some rooms. Just now, I was working with a map of Rime of the Frostmaiden (just me, no players), and had to reload the page 3 times in a lapse of 30 minutes, because player tokens with night vision could see nothing. My question is: is Roll20 aware there are a lot of issues with DLighting, and is there a place I can go to with tips of how to solve this issues while you are working on improving it?
