accessing webRTC data?

Hi, I'm new to API scripting and I have no idea what's the possible "reach" we have with scripts, beside objects like tokens, handouts and such. (is there a list of "things" we can interact with in scripts btw?) I'd like to have certain events happen when a specific player is talking over the voice chat. I suppose I'd need to catch some event from the webRTC API, and I'm not sure that's even possible. any thoughts?

The various Object/Events/Functions pages on the wiki covers what the API can reach: <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/API:Objects" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/API:Objects</a>
