Whisper to GM in PF2E Character Sheet Entries

I want to be able to send a private message to the GM (me) along with public information to the players as part of the action item.  For example, I have a monster with a breath weapon.  I click the monster's breath weapon action and the players see relevant info including the automatically rolled damage by including the damage in double square brackets [[6d6]], but now the monster can't use its breath weapon for [[1d4]] rounds.  I want to send the 1d4 info to the GM only.  Is there a way to do that all built into the one action button?

I don't think built into the action number, but I've been using a solution for my 5e Roll20 game.  In the description of the ability, I type [Additional Effects](`/w gm The Dragon cannot use it's weapon for [[1d4]] rounds) This will result in the ability having a hyperlink in it's description, that if it's clicked on, it will whisper the DM the above, as well as the rolled number. Full disclosure, the roll will look different to what you're used to, but it still works. Hope this helped.
