D&D 3.5 - Issue with Token AC

I am trying to set up tokens, so that every time they get dragged onto a new page, we don't have to spend 10-15 mins getting everything reset. I got Name, HP, and lighting set without issues. The AC however, won't seem to update. I set the option to "armorclass" in the dropdown menu, but when I save, nothing appears in the token's pop up bubbles. This seems to be the case for my campaign that I run and a friend's campaign that I play in. I don't think it would matter, but I am trying to set the AC is the blue bubble. I know that I can just enter the AC, and then adjust it on each token whenever we level up, but I am trying to avoid that if at all possible. Any help would be awesome.

After making your token edits, be sure to save the token as the default token for the character sheet it represents so it will remember the changes the next time you drag it out to a map. Details here .

It's a long standing issue that the devs are aware of relating to autocalc values... sadly doesn't seem to be any signs of progress yet though... https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8427520/token-bars-not-syncing-up-with-values/
Thanks David. I did remove old token and replace with the new one as default token, but that didn't seem to help. Thanks Ziechael, sad days. I feel like when I first started with Roll20 the AC bar worked just fine, but not anymore. Well, manual input each level it is then, -le sigh-, lol.
Quite a long time ago, when this issue first came up, it was the topic of conversation for a few weeks. I am not the author of this workaround, and I have never tried it (I use a macro to show me the info on any selected token instead these days) But here is the workaround. It might work for you Basically, I made a new Attribute, called it "armorclass", then in the first input, "@{armorclass}". Then in the token settings, called "armorclass" into a bar. VIOLA! :D Tested it and the token bar auto-updated when the AC changed in the sheet!
Thanks Erich, that worked like a champ!
