Brand new to the game

My friend and I wish to learn how to play DnD and thought 3.5 would be a good start but the problem we have is one we don't know much two its only him and me so i decided to post on the forms to see if their is someone on here with enough patience to help tech two players from scratch and two with a grand "imagination" when it comes to situations, we tend to be free most nights and are able to reschedule so if you can we would like to join and learn.

Hell yeah. I just signed up and wanted to do the same. Checked friends on skype and no one is able or wants to play. Made a post elsewhere lookin' for random people who might play. If we find a DM we got enough for a game tonight. Interested?

Maybe if i can get a hold of my friend he did have some family business today

There are usually a fair number of 3.5 games going. Maybe also consider Pathfinder. Which is also a excellent game.

If you guys want I can probably teach you pathfinder and run the beginner box this weekend or next. Add me on skype ferryman3636. Pathfinder is VERY similar to 3.5, its considered 3.75 by most groups.

If I had a reliable net connection I would be interested because I have the beginner box but never got to play it yet lol. So it would be nice to just get to use it.
