'Features & Traits' in 5E sheet is a blank

I don't know if this is a problem with Roll20, the sheet, or what. I just built a character with the charactermancer (which I didn't realize until after I had finished and hit 'Apply Changes' was set to default to an NPC sheet...I unchecked that button and it went back to a character sheet) and noticed that all the features I had so painstakingly filled out in the charactermancer were gone. The Features & Traits section of the sheet was a total blank, there is not even an option to hit the "+" symbol and add anything. You can type in it as if it were a blank page, but that's it. This seems like a 5E sheet issue. UPDATE: My GM gave me a new sheet, this time set to default to a normal character sheet, and the moment I opened it I saw the same problem. This time I avoided the charactermancer and went right to Edit the sheet directly. The Features & Traits section was still just a blank writable tab, there is no + or Lock symbol beneath it at all.
Hi Shard, I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue. Would it be possible for you to PM me a link to the game in question where you're having issues? Just the campaign homepage would be fine. This will allow us to diagnose the issue and report back! Thanks!
nice response time! hope it gets resolved :)
I wanted to update this thread in case this issue happens for anyone else (now or in the future). It seems as though both sheets had their Features & Traits set to simple mode. This setting can be accessed from the 'gear icon' at the top right of the sheet, and then can be found in the rightmost column: Toggling this to "Compendium Compatible" should restore the sheet functionality. I've created a ticket to see if we can investigate what precisely caused this to be the case. If anyone else is helped by this report, please get in touch so we can add evidence to the investigation.
