Again - Tasha's Cauldron new Ranger's features integration with Charactermancer

Our group purchased Tasha's for the sole purpose of playing the Beast Master with Primal companion and using Deft Explorer and Favored Foe since the original Ranger class was nerfed. However, just found out these new features haven't been incorporated in Charactermancer even though it was announced it would be, see tweet https://twitter.com/roll20app/status/1326586054569299968 . Am I missing something or is this a case of bait and switch? I saw an earlier post https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/9387092/tashas-cauldron-of-everything-is-available-for-pre-order-dot-dot-dot-but-when-will-it-work-in-the-charactermancer but it was closed without resolution. They need to update the Marketplace description to indicate not all class features has been integrated with Charactermancer and provide a refund for people who already purchased it. This is not a good look for Roll20 and deeply disappointed with this incomplete release.

I can't answer to the reason why those features are not available, but you can certainly ask for a refund. File a Help Center Request , and explain your situation.
Hi DOUGT, I'm sorry to hear you encountered this issue with the charactermancer. I just want to confirm that this is actually a bug, rather than the lack of a feature. I know this probably feels like a potato/potato situation from your perspective, but it means it is an issue that will get fixed, rather than something we intended to not support. I've passed this thread and some diagnostic information on to the relevant person, but it's very unlikely that this will be resolved before Monday, I'm really sorry if this ruins your gaming plans! And, as Keith correctly stated, you can certainly request a refund for the product through the Help Center Request.
That's good to know it's only a bug. I believe I overreacted since the bug was not stated anywhere that I could see. I'm hoping that the bug will be resolve soon as not to hinder any further PC development. I think Roll20 is fantastic place and want to continue to support it, and one way is through the Marketplace. BTW: Great videos.
