Seeing info of features & traits (D&D 5e sheet)

So maybe I am dumb or something, but... I am helping my players set up their sheets right now and for whatever odd reason, the details on one sheet are not visible unless "opened" while the other is all in plain sight (which honestly makes looking for specific traits a chore due to scrolling). But I can't tell what I did to make them different? Like, both were written in the same way: But when done with editing and just looking at the sheet, one sheet shows just the title and gives an explanation only when clicking on the bubble/cog...and the other gives a 500 page novel description And I just don't know WHY. Like, the left side is so much...better. And if it's possible to control it, then I could set it so the players can pick which info they always want to see and which is just...not important (like darkvision which is automatic due to Dynamic Light). Does anyone know what the heck is the issue with the sheets? Like, is there some setting or whatever that I accidentally triggered in one but not the other?

Click on the reddish title to expand or collapse those sections.  Looks like someone expanded them all on one sheet to look them over and didn't collapse them again.
Ah, understood! Yeah, that sheet belongs to a veteran player, so he might have done it on purpose then (I was worried it was me). Thanks for the fast help!
