Improved default settings when Importing a Character from your Vault

This is a real simple one that would be a nice quality of life improvement for DMs and Players alike, especially if you often play in West Marches and/or Adventurers League one-shots.  Similar request archived here When Importing a character from your Vault, you should automatically have  Edit  and  Control  functionality over that character.
