Hello all :) My friend and I have played long-term campaigns before and stopped about a year ago (DM packed the campaign in and we just took a break). We're both happy to RP and enjoy creating characters with interesting but reasonable backstories that work in whatever world the DM is running. We are not flakes - we are committed to the campaign and will not disappear unless there are serious hang-ups/problems (and if there were we're transparent and easy to talk to) - don't expect this to happen, just laying everything out there. We've both done a few campaigns with some homebrew before and happy with that idea and open to new things provided they don't seem ridiculous. We're very much not a closed unit - we are happy to develop our characters to either work well or not. We enjoy meeting new players and seeing how our characters work with them. We do prefer groups with a somewhat balanced mix of male/female. Our last campaign was 6 dudes and, it was enjoyable, but there's a certain je ne sais quoi missing when it's all men we both feel. Lil bit of personal info: I am from the UK, in my 30s, married and am very down-to-earth - male My friend is from the Netherlands, mid 20s, half-time cold logic, half time ironic meme-lord (lol couldn't resist) - male Cheers for any suggestions :)
