Token Directional Arrow

In Fantasy Grounds, the tokens have a directional arrow which when holding down shift and scrolling the mouse wheel the arrow rotates to show what direction the token is facing, ie forward facing. Ideal for knowing if you have flank or are  behind an NPC token. This feature would work great with Roll20 so should really be considered?
