The description of True Resurrection is missing errata

This was errata'd 3 years ago! This is not the first time I've found this site not kept up to date on errata either. It should have this sentence at the end of the second paragraph. "If the creature was undead, it is restored to its non-undead form."

Hi DnD Detective, The copy you are referring to comes from the latest edition of the SRD. That cannot be altered, according to the legal agreement that provides the SRD. There are many instances of this, and the entity that needs to change this is WotC. Errata lists do not reference the SRD unless specifically stated.The updated wording is available in the PHB version of the spell. WotC SRD Roll20 PHB:

If you do find actual errata that needs changing, the best action is to fill out a  Help Center Request  so that a ticket can be created. A forum post is unlikely to be noticed and logged.
