Lost Mine of Phandelver area map tokens deleted

So during last night's session as GM I accidentally deleted all the tokens on the GM layer of the area map for the lost mines of phandelver module. I was trying to delete some drawings made by the players but forgot what layer I was on and deleted all the hidden tokens for the area map. I realize i can't roll back the game since that is a pro subscription option, but is there a way to import a fixed area map into the game? I created a new game using the same module but I can't seem to find a way to export the area map from one game into another. alternatively if I could get the assets on the gm layer from one game I could manually enter them back in my game and place them back but I don't see the gm layer items as resources i can access. Thanks, first time gm

This won't help you now because you've already exited the game, but if you ever accidentally delete things in the future, ctrl Z will undo that.  It will also undo players accidents on the tabletop also, if they delete something they shouldn't it comes back.  CtrlZ also undoes movements and renames.   Most of the things you need/want are things we get as part of pro features sadly.  The only thing I can think of is to make a new game and try to mimic whatever is missing in some way manually.
thank you for the assistance. I thought I tried to ctrl-z but it didn't work. alas, I shall try this in the future.
