Ability to see cards in players' hands inconsistent

So our group is having this problem, and it's really an issue. Sometimes we can see people's cards, other times we can't. Sometimes it changes based on logging in and out, other times it just stops working for one player on one player, etc. There have apparently been posts about this for years. Come on guys, we really need this fixed please.

Come on guys, we really need this fixed please. We've been having the same problem on and off for the past year or so. Sometimes my players want to compare notes for cards in their hands, but at any given time one or two of my players will have hands that can't be viewed by anyone but them. 

For me it's even more of a problem, because we're playing Torg Eternity, and being able to see each others hands and strategically trade cards is an essential part of our game.
