Dynamic Lighting slows fx to a crawl, turning it off returns fx to normal

It is all in the title. When Dynamic lighting is on for any page, the fx take almost a minute for an effect that should last seconds. When I turn it off, the effects work exactly as expected. When I turn it back on the fx crawl back to the same slow speed. I'm using Chrome with the latest release.

I want to say it's probably hardware-related.  UDL is brutal, especially performance-wise.  Whats your computers specs?
I think you are right, when I switched from my 8GB laptop to my 32GB desktop it worked. Awfully high requirements for a browser based game though and too bad I can't DM without investing in a new laptop.

The slowdown is likely more due to FX than UDL (or more likely, the interaction). I pretty much stopped using the feature years ago. On the other hand, UDL works on my Chromebook.
