RPG Rulebooks and Adventures help.

Can I combine different games, editions, ect. For example Pathfinder material and DnD? If I buy something I want to make sure I can use it.

You can to a limited extent. Rulebooks are tied to a compendium (determined by your character sheet. You cannot combine content from two separate compendiums (such as D&D 5e, PF, PF2e, Esper Genesis, Starfinder, etc.). Adventures can be used with the "wrong" rule system, but you will lose the benefit of the set up character sheets. As such, a 5e adventure could be used with PF2e to gain the benefit of the maps and art, but you would be on your own for the stats on the monsters.
Ok that makes sense, much thanks.
