Massive Amount of Blank Character Sheets created every time game is loaded

So I updated my campaign "Counting Our Stars" which initially started out as a Curse of Strahd campaign, and ever since, each time the game is loaded, a large amount of blank character sheets are created.  Each time I delete them, they are present again on next re-load.  I have to assume this has something to do with the Curse of Strahd npc's that were deleted previously because they were no longer in use, but there is nothing I seem to be able to do on my end to fix it.  Any clues?

I'd suggest gathering a Console Log ( Chrome ,  Firefox ) from startup of the game, and putting into a  Help Center Request . I have seen this reported elsewhere.
