Animation breaks music.

I've been searching through so many posts and haven't found the exact issue I'm having, so I thought I'd make a post. When I have music in my games, it's great. Works fine, never gets choppy, no problem. When I have animation, it's a bit laggy for some people when I have multiple animations, but overall it's totally fine and playable. But if I have a single animation while playing music, the music cuts out constantly. Yes, yes, follow all the steps in the technical solutions page. This issue happens in both updated versions Firefox and Chrome. Has anyone else encountered this? Any solutions or suggestions?
It's been an issue for over a year now: Roll20's response is that web browsers cant handle both audio and animation at the same time. Anywho... it essentially boiled down to 'We know it's an issue but we have no plans to do anything about it.' Drespar s aid: Hi again folks, To speak a bit more to this-- Typically for animations, the issue is the limit of browser technology and trying to do more than their system is capable of handling. Roll20 provides a ton of features without limitations, but the downside to a sandbox is potential performance problems. The goal of the Advanced Fog of War and Dynamic Lighting refactor is optimized system performance and efficiency. At the same time, we're working on platform improvements to use less data for the same functionality. When these are released, users should notice an improvement in overall system performance that helps enhance our other features, such as animations. In the meantime, we have a great wiki article that covers optimizing your own game's performance, which may help improve animations as a result. That guide can be seen here: https://wiki.roll20.net/Optimizing_Roll20_Performance https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/7368016/animation-feedback-thread-2-dot-0/?pagenum=1
