Flash Player won't take no for an answer

The group I'm in is using Roll20 to support combat conducted via email between live sessions. Notwithstanding that I'm lying in bed with my laptop and the lighting would suck for video, there's nobody else logged in to see me anyway. Flash Player is asking for access to the camera and microphone, but clicking "deny" just brings the dialog up again. MAKE IT STOP! ;>
For me (on Google Chrome), it doesn't take 'yes' for an answer either. I don't have a webcam plugged in, but the audio part still works...and it still asks me again. -_-;
The problem described by Sam happens to me for Windows FF and Chrome. Changing the "Video + Voice" settings to Nothing does not help.
I'm getting the exact same thing on the latest version of Mac OS Lion with Google Chrome.
