I'm seeing the spells listed below incorrectly listed as being available to Rangers via the Player's Handbook, when actually they're available as part of Tasha's Cauldron of Everything's optional class features. When you view the spell details, it shows the SRD and PHB as sources, and makes no reference to Tasha's so it's very confusing why they appear in the PHB list. In general, it's not very clear how a player who has purchased the compendium can correctly make sure not to take these options when creating/leveling characters in games that don't use it. I had the same issue with the optional class features in the charactermancer. PHB Spells added to Ranger list via TCOE still appearing when filtering for PHB Entangle Searing Smite Aid Enhance Ability Gust of Wind Magic Weapon Elemental Weapon Meld into Stone Revivify Dominate Beast Greater Restoration Tasha's source spells listed when filtering by PHB Summon Beast Summon Fey Summon Elemental
