Something seems to be really wrong with my journal

For the last week now, I, along with my DM, have been trying to get my character sheet to appear in it, but it just isn't. We've tried removing and readding me, I've tried disabling my ad blockers, clearing my cache, even using several different browsers, but it just won't show up. His end My end Brynwel Breakstone is the character in question This is getting absolutely maddening.

The fact that there isn't a little blue circle to the right of the sheet in his view like there is for the game introduction suggests that you probably haven't been given rights to view/edit that sheet. If your GM clicks the edit button on the character sheet, they should be able to control who can see it.  There is a "In Player's Journals" and "Can be Edited & Controlled  By" field and you should be in both. You'll probably want to delete the second copy if they are identically named. That can cause issues.
