Dice Rolls from Character Sheets not rolling; Chat messenges not visible outside of Chat archive

I'm unsure if this is a temporary issue or not, though I've checked if roll20's servers are done and have already taken some rudimentary steps to fix it myself (making a copy of the game, clearing chat archive); However, nothing has worked so far. Does anyone know the fix for the following issue, by chance: When attempting to roll dice from a macro on a character sheet, the die is not rolled or represented in the chat log; additionally, manually rolled dice via chat commands are not visible either. Nothing in the chat seems to be recorded except messages, and even then, they can only be viewed in the chat log.

None of the dice rolling methods seem to be working at all just now.  Currently, I'm just working on a game for tomorrow but I hope they sort it soon I have 3 games this weekend and can't roll dice.

Which sheet? I saw one other report this morning, but there are a couple of possible failure points.

Same issue here, WFRP 2nd edition character sheet rolls do not work at all, likewise, nothing shows on the chat window. Regular rolls work, but show only in the chat archive... :(

So the steps are as follows for me at least. - I click on the Weapon Skill characteristic - It asks for any modifiers to the roll (it is a d100 system so that would just be added to the skill rather than the dice) - Normally it is supposed to roll a d100 a compare it to the skill, but presently there is just no roll. Nothing happens.

Our GM cleared our chat archive with all the others logged out of the game, and now chat window seems to be working, and regular dice rolls too... only character sheet rolls do not work at the moment?

I'm having this issue with the AGE system character sheet (Specifically the Modern AGE version).  Whenever I click on any of the buttons that should roll dice nothing happens. If I click initiative while I have token selected it will enter a value into the initiative tracker but all other rolls (Attack, damage, and so on) result in nothing at all happening or at least nothing being visible.

from another Thread I have opened well for my sheet (Shadobane inquisition) the Characteristics (WS, BS, STR, ...) roll buttons don't display if the roll is a failure Incorrect roll (the roll is higher than the target, yet it is displayed as a success instead of a failure) The Weapons hit roll have the same problem but with even more issues the rate of fire, type of attack, aim, number of hits and additional hit locations aren't displayed these last 2 screenshots were taken before the bug and are correctly displaying the template PS : I can add the part of the code that seem to be affected by this bug, if you want it

I'm having this problem as well with the D&D 5e sheet in my Crown of the Abyss game I had the DM clear the chat archive, then dumped everything out of my Chrome browser cache. After downloading Firefox, I still have the issue. Chat looks like this no matter what anyone types or rolls. No actions on my character sheet work, at all.  Yet I can edit my bio or other stats without issue. Slight correction: The actions seem to work as OTHER people can see them.  I have no clue what is happening however.

I am having this issue with the Forbidden Lands (Year Zero Engine) and the Deadlands (Official Savage Worlds Character Template). Chat sometimes works, sometimes not and sometimes when it doesn't work I can see it in the archive, but not always. No macros work. Cannot roll dice from character sheets. I have cleared the Chat Archive and Chrome cache. When it first started - any macro button I hit just rolled a single d6. I have also tried disabling all of my scripts. Still not working.

Clearing the chat archive has resolved my issue on a game by game basis, leaving the additional information below as it may still be relevant for others. Clearing the chat archive has resolved the symptoms, but the chat breaks immediately due to at least one macro on the character sheet. I'm experiencing this as well with the Pathfinder Second Edition by Roll20 sheet. Before clearing the chat archive, nothing appeared in-game chat, and spells weren't appearing in the archive. After clearing the chat archive, I can see new messages in-game chat except for spells.

Not working in our session! Even after trying the above. That is with Pathfinder 1e.

I have cleared chat archive (multiple times), browser cache (multiple times), turned off add-ons, reset the whole computer. I have found the problem in 3 different games (Pathfinder 2nd, Savage Worlds, Starfinder) and on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Its not just me as it affected another player in the Pathfinder 2nd game I was in.

I use Windows 10, Chrome, Pathfinder 1e, and I was able to fix the chat not working (except in the archive) by clearing my browser cache.&nbsp; Clearing the chat archive didn't work on it's own.&nbsp; However, I am still having the issue where the NPC sheets won't roll.&nbsp; PC sheets work fine.&nbsp; However, there's not a single item that rolls when I click on it (attacks, saving throws, ability checks, skills, etc.), if it's an NPC sheet. ***Edit***&nbsp; -&nbsp; I did find one thing that works on the NPC sheets, and that's Initiative.

Also use WFRP 2e sheets and Call of Cthulhu 7e sheets - rolls from both still don't work since the last update. Clearing chat archive and cache didn't help. Hotfix allowed to make rolls from default diceroller, but all rolls from character sheets still don't work in both games.

same problem for wfrp 4 ed, here. Actually, i tried with the original cubicle sheet, and it works fine, but the other sheet (which i use currently) does'nt work, AFTER the clear chat.

GURPS sheet not working

Hello, same problem, chat archive and browser cache were cleared and laptop restarted. I use Firefox and only the initiative can be rolled in DD3.5 Normal 0 21 false false false FR-BE X-NONE X-NONE

Happening with GURPS too. Tried clearing caches and so forth. Dice rolls manually or via dice roll thing go into archive, but not on character sheet. Though some claimed they could see it.

I use the Pathfinder 1st edition official sheet. The pc rolls work, except for spells, feats, gear and traits/features. Npcs don't work at all, with the exception of initiative rolls. Writing in chat seems to work, but anything written after a &lt; mark won't show.

Also we can see our own pings on maps, but not other people's. Drawing shape is unaffected.

Savage Worlds official sheet not working, none of the skills, attributes or attacks are displayed. In addition, I only see chat in the archives, not the actual chat.&nbsp;

Pathfinder 2e is affected nobody can roll any die Tried clearing the chat log but will not delete

Multiple players in multiple pathfinder 2 games I am a part of cannot use any character sheet buttons or the chat. Clearing logs and cache did not resolve the issue.

I'm also having problems with chat and character sheets (including npc sheets) buttons, on a Pathfinder 2 game. When I chat with /talktomyself turned on, I see my chat, but when I chat with /talktomyself off, I don't see it and no one else does either. Sheet buttons for rolling melee and ranged attacks seem to work, and so do skill buttons. But not buttons for feats, interact abilities, and other kinds of things.

Its really weird though, as we've played several months without any issues before...what's changed since a week ago I wonder?

i'm having the same problem with my PF 1e&nbsp; and WFRP&nbsp;4e&nbsp; game, while my D&amp;D 5e&nbsp; games are working fine

Having this issue - WHFRP 2E - open sheet &gt; "concealment" &gt; no modifiers being applied &gt; no result, no chat panel info pop up just the "sound" of dice rolling (d100)

Having issue with the Call of Cthulhu 7th sheets. everything we said on chat room won't shows up and all our character sheets are bugged. every single roll from character sheets has no result.

In addition, I can't even type a manual dice roll formula and get a result: /r 1d10! That produces the same error as clicking a roll button from a character sheet...

Reposted and edited from another threat... When I roll from the Star Trek Adventures Charactersheet, old chat messages appear. Text Chat does not apear in the window. Roll Macros do not work. Rollable Tables do not work. Dice rolls do not appear in the chatwindow. Most of the time just an old message appears. Deleting the chat archive helped for like 2 rolls of the dice. Then back to not working.

I have the same problem with Dark Heresy First Edition. The chatwindow is not working for dice rolls, chat text...etc, when I erase the archive log chat it's ok for a few moments but the problem come back. It's very annoying

I have the same problem here with the 5E Community Contributed Sheet, i can load up the character sheet and everything but as soon as i try to roll from the sheet nothing appears its like it cant register the sheet trying to roll.

The rolls seem to be working. I'm using the Sanity score on a new game, and when using the Charactermancer, it doesn't allow me to select a score for Sanity (or Honor - I tried both) even though it seems to roll all 7 abilities.

Well it fixed it partially. It is now the same as before the hotfix. This means most rolls on the sheet are working again, but still not the "oops" and "crit" button for djjus´sheet for WHFRP 4e. There i get no result in the chat. At least the chat seems to still be working adfterwards...

Sadly, I cannot report any permanent improvements for Warhammer Fantasy 2e after these two hot fixes.

No fix on Pathfinder 1e. Worked for 1 roll, then broke again.

Hi still seems to be broken on the WFRP 2e character sheet for me (after the 5.30pm hotfix). I've cleared my cache and the problem persist sorry :-(

No fix on the AGE sheets, either. Cleared the chat log, but now it's just empty, still with new rolls not showing up at all.&nbsp;
