Posting Images in chat from Library

As per title. Is there a way to put pictures in the chat from the DM's library? I have a bunch of character protraits that I'd like to show my players but not sure how to show them without a url (I have all the pictures as files not urls). Thank you!

You could put them in handouts and then show them the handouts. If you're really intent on showing it in chat, you could also open the Dev Console in your browser and find the URL that way: If you go the URL route, you'd want to change thumb to med and get rid of the question mark and numbers after...so the URL would end with med.png (or .jpg, or whatever your image ends with).
