Sound Effects for a Specific Player

I am looking for a way to play a sound effect for specific players without the others hearing. I saw a 4 year old thread that said this wasn't possible (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/4590137/sound-effect-heard-by-only-one-player" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/4590137/sound-effect-heard-by-only-one-player</a>) but was hoping that something had changed that now made this possible. I am willing to jump through a few hoops to get it done if needed.
Still not possible as far as I know. That would be rather difficult to pull off in any system. You would need a discreet channel for each player. Does Zoom have this? If so you could do something with playing the SF locally and sending it that way. You might just whisper what they are hearing. Here is how you could do it, whisper a link to the file to a player, they would play it on their system. There would have to be some payoff to be worth it.
I think I'll go with send a link to the player. I was hoping to send whispers they were hearing in their head only to them and being able to do it in Roll20 would make it very immersive. Thanks for your response al e!

What are you using for voice? &nbsp;Discord has a way to share audio...I don't know if it'll get you completely there, but it may get you closer to your goal that sending links, etc...
