One (and only one) of my campaigns will not launch

One of my campaigns (simply entitled "Curse of Strahd") will not launch when I press the launch button. Instead, it merely refreshes the details page. All other campaigns that I am a member of GM of launch normally.  I have tried making a copy, but I get a message that tells me the campaign content is not ready and that I need to wait for it to update. The problem has persisted for at least a day. I mainly use Firefox on Windows 10. However I am pretty sure this is not a problem on my end as the problem persists on chrome on PC and chrome on my android phone. The campaign is relatively newly created. I also recently paid for a subscription and am using dynamic lighting for the first time, in case that could be related. Obviously this is quite urgent for me as of now as I cannot play this game at all, or else will have to redo all the work I have already done.

Cannot load one game. Copy have this problem too. Other game load without troubles. I try enter with Google , safari and yandex. 

Same problem here! Even after a copy. The new copy doesn't load.

I'll post the standard checklist for troubleshooting below the line, but the best way to get dev attention on this is to capture a Console Log ( Chrome ,  Firefox ) and file a  Help Center Request . Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
