A false hope? A question about the 5/28 Roll20 news letter concerning the custom character creator (simple/dumb question with an unnecessarily long title)

Ok, so in the newsletter, it talks about there being updates to the custom character sheets... but it says it's available to plus members. But after ecstatic Michael clicked on the link that housed more info on the topic, it said that it was still pro members only.  Screenshot of the newsletter appearing in my Gmail Screenshot of the link that it brought me to Did they change this feature so plus subscribers could access this as well, or is it a depressing typo in the newsletter (I mean it did mostly talk about pro features...)?
Also here's a question that isn't related to this question at all: for the price change announcement, if I change subscriptions (like going from plus to pro or vise versa) will I still be eligible to not be included for the 2-year price change?

Yes, that's a mistake in the email. Custom Char Sheets have always been a Pro user feature. Michael H. said: for the price change announcement, if I change subscriptions (like going from plus to pro or vise versa) will I still be eligible to not be included for the 2-year price change? Pretty sure that means yes, the condition is having a continuous subscription, and changing the level should preserve it.
Hi Michael H., I am so sorry for the confusion! That was a typo in the email, custom Character Sheets are still a Pro-only feature. And yes, Andreas is correct about the subscription prices as well. As long as you have an active subscription regardless of which one, the price will be locked in.
Ohhh, I see. Thanks for clearing up my questions :). Have a wonderful day!
