D&D 5E - Charectermancer Error for Rogue Archetype

Hi All, I've a player who can't seem to level up, I've checked their sheet it looks fine but when they try to do Rogue level 3 it gives them zero options for archetype (not even the SRD one see below). Anyone know how to fix this?

Not sure what's going on but here are some things to consider: Was the sheet created with Charactermancer originally? If not, it might be lacking some needed CM flags. Are you running any third party extensions that might interfere with Roll20's normal operation? Have you tried leveling to 2 and then to 3? What you are doing should work, but it's worth a try. If all else fails, try just recreating the character. There's not that much data on a level 1 rogue that would make this too onerous.

Thanks for getting back to me, unfortunately I've tried all of the above already and the character was made within charactermander in the campaign (including re-creation in which i ran intot he same error). I don't think I am running any odd modules, only Ghost of Saltmarsh, so I am stumped on why it is failing.
