Aliens RPG - Hiding Android Stress Roles - Help please

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone has a way of helping me hide the fact a player is a secret Android when they roll as the whole party can see their stress dice etc. I know on foundry there is a way to have a character sheet that fakes the stress roles and I wondered if anyone had come across any similar macros or tools in Roll20?
