Handouts missing from External Journal

The external journal for my game Horn of the Mythic Beast does not display any handouts. It displays characters, but the space below the "Handouts" header is blank. It appears to be the same issue discussed here: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/7878645/handouts-not-in-the-external-journal/?pagenum=1. I suggest filing a Help Center Request and referencing the thread you cited, as well as providing them with the name of the game in question.
Thanks for the reply. I actually already did file a help center request (57927) but the support rep replied saying they don't see the issue. I followed up with a comprehensive bug report to hopefully explain it more clearly. Since this issue appears to have been resolved for the user Rhooja via the community forums, I figured it was worth a shot to post here.
@Nicholas Would you be able to take a look at this issue? I'd greatly appreciate it. The cause of the issue is likely the same for the issue you helped resolve for the user Rhooja here: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/7878645/handouts-not-in-the-external-journal/?pagenum=1

AFAIK, the Roll20 forums do not have the ability to ping a user with @. It would require a PM. I'll see what I can do, though.
