Floating Window for Uploading Files Not Appearing in Sheet Sandbox

Hi, I'm trying to work on a custom character sheet in the sandbox but the floating popup window for uploading files isn't appearing. I have had the same problem in both Firefox (88.0.1) and Chrome (91.0), having made sure that popups are enabled in both and I have a Pro subscription to Roll20. Computer runs Ubuntu Mate 20.04. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.

Some things to double check

• Do you have an extension active that is causing problems?
• Are you in a sheet Sandbox, or just a regular game?
• You can tell by looking at the game splash screen for the sandbox/game. If you see a sheet.json editor section on this page, you are in a sheet sandbox. If you don't, it's just a regular game.

My pc at home runs on MX Linux.  After work, I will check to see if anything seems off for me, but I was messing around in a sandbox over the weekend with no issues (Firefox is my primary browser as well at home).  That doesn't rule out something changing in the last couple days though.

You might try a Private Window (if you haven't already), since that should have all "extras" disabled unless you have overridden the behavior of the private window in settings.

I'm sorry, I don't understand. When I look at the sheet sandbox (see the screenshot above) I don't see a journal panel. What I'm looking for is the panel labelled "Sheet Author Tools." Is the journal panel you speak of also a pop-up?

this is how things look for me when I enter any sheet sandbox, the tool is AFAIK always in about the same place. It's not a separate browser popup window for me, just a floating thing in roll20.

I figured it out: I hadn't clicked on "Launch Game." Once I do I see the "Sheet Author Tools" window. Thank you.
