Can't open up Advanced menu

When I right click on images in the background layer, I can't open up the advanced menu. Right clicking has literally no effect.

Are you in GM or player mode? Players do not have access to the right clicked object settings.

To copy open the console(Ctrl+Shift+J), highlight a bit of text, hit Ctrl+A (select all) then Ctrl+C (copy) and come here then hit Ctrl+V (paste).
