Simple question, why is the German DSA 5 Character Sheet in English? I mean, they write German and give it in English.

Set you account to german and the sheet will show the german version. That sheet, like many others, have been translated to other languages, and roll20 shows the language depending on your account language.

And it could be that the person who made the sheet was not German (nor a German speaker). Most of the sheets on R20 are created by fans of the games and not R20 nor the games publishers.
