Quota Exceeded even after deleting lots of stuff

It said my quota was exceeded, so I deleted 90% of my images and all of the music. It still says it’s exceeded and I can’t add a thing.

Where are you deleting from? For an image to be deleted it has to be deleted from Recent Uploads in your Art Library. And for audio to be deleted, it must be deleted from My Audio. Getting rid of placed graphics or instances in folders won't remove the originals. Likewise, deleting from a game's Jukebox won't delete any audio.

Yes, I deleted from Recent Uploads and My Audio.
Still can’t add anything. If this isn’t fixed by tomorrow I won’t be able to run my game.

Did you recently downgrade from a paid subscription? That would dramatically reduce your quota. Since this is tied to your account, your only real option is to file a  Help Center Request . Even if you were to invite me or someone into the game to take a peek, we can't see your libraries. A dev can. Unfortunately, it is late Friday in the US, and Roll20 is primarily a business hours company for responses like this. You may need to get creative.
