Having an Issue with a CoS Game I'am the GM of.

A friend owns the module, but made the game, and made me the GM of it so I can run it for some friends. However when I open an NPC token the only options are the Bio/Information Page, and the Abilities and Attributes Page. I cannot access the character sheets where the attacks, skills and saves are in order to actually make them do anything. Is there a way a to fix this? Does the Owner need to change something?

Please if anyone can help me, I got sessions coming up regarding this game, and I'd like to be able to get my players into a functional game.

In the Game Settings, under "Character Sheet Template", is a character sheet selected? If not, select your preferred character sheet (say, "D&D 5e by Roll20") from the drop-down menu. [Click Game Settings and scroll down:] Edit: I hope you have permission to alter the game settings; if not the creator of the game will have to do it.
