Can't open some character sheets anymore

I am creating my game (I am the GM) and for some reason some characters don't open anything when I click them in the journal. This has happened twice now. The first time I deleted it and recreated it because it was just from the compendium. This time it is a player character so I can't delete it. I am the DM and on the DM view. Other players who have access to view it can view it. I was able to open it a few minutes ago. 

There's an intermittent bug in Chrome (I don't think there's a similar one with Firefox) that causes a popped-out window to not reopen until the page is refreshed.  If you have popped out the character sheet window, then you'll have to refresh to reopen that character sheet, even if you closed the character sheet.
