Replace text script?

Is there a script that can FIND a string of text across all handouts/maps/etc. and then REPLACE that text string with another? I could use this to easily convert modules to other settings/campaigns. Example: find all instances of "Phandalin" in the game and change it to "Triel". Or replace every instance of "Oerth" with "Toril". Is that possible? Does it already exist? Thanks in advance.

It could certainly be written.  I have a Search script that would let you find all occurrences.

That would be really awesome. I was surprised this didn't exist already. I can't imagine how hard it would be to find every instance of "Saltwater" and replace them with another town name individually.
